1. Customized Products
Due to the personalized nature of customized products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless.
If you need support with your customized item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at GinnasGems@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number.
- Description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the defect or error.
Our team will review your concern and work with you to find a resolution promptly.
2. Non-Customized Products
For non-customized items, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
**How to Initiate a Return:**

2. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.
3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
