1. Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of customized products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless.

   If you need support with your customized item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at GinnasGems@gmail.com with the following information:
   - Order number.
   - Description of the issue.
   - Photographic evidence of the defect or error.

   Our team will review your concern and work with you to find a resolution promptly.

2. Non-Customized Products

For non-customized items, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
   - The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
   - The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.

   **How to Initiate a Return:**
   1. Contact us at GinnasGems@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
   2. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.
   3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

   Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at GinnasGems@gmail.com. Include:

   - Description of the damage or defect.
   - Photographic evidence of the issue.

   We will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

4. Exclusions

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
   - Customized products that match the order specifications.
   - Items returned after the specified return window.
   - Items damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
