- **Customized Items**: Completion of customized items takes up to 7 business days. This does not include shipping time. Bulk orders may take longer.
   - **Non-Customized Items**: Orders for non-customized items are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

2. Shipping Time

- Shipping time depends on the delivery method selected at checkout and your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
     - **Standard Shipping**: 5-7 business days
     - **Expedited Shipping**: 2-3 business days
     - **International Shipping**: Not Currently Available

   Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, delivery method, and destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

   - **Free Shipping**: Some items may qualify for free shipping. Eligibility for free shipping will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

   - If your package is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days with photographs of the damage and the packaging.

6. International Orders

- Ginnas Gems Gift Shop LLC does not currently ship internationally.
